SHIPPING 

We offer Complimentary delivery in KSA on all orders via our courier partner . For other countries, delivery prices are displayed at checkout.

All orders are shipped and delivered within 7 to 14 days, depending on customs clearance.
Please ensure the shipping address you enter in checkout is correct, as we are unable to amend delivery details once your order has left our office.
If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will inform you via email or telephone.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE 

We want you to love our jewelry. Unworn jewellery is eligible to be returned within 2 days of receiving the item. Or can be exchanged within 5 days of receiving it with a same price or higher piece if not the item price , if not the customer will get an store credit for the amount he paid to be used later on. All Custom pieces or Special Orders or discounted jewellery are final sale.

A special ring size is not considered a Special Order. If you need a different size, please contact us and we can discuss further. If you have any questions about fit/size before ordering, please contact info@nayyajewellery.com with any questions.

If a Collection piece is not in stock on the website, and will be made to order, that is also not considered a Custom piece and is available for store credit or exchange. We are more than happy to provide any additional information or photos for you to feel confident in your purchase. We thank you for your support.
